4月24日下午，技术中心热工室副主任王帆对公司技术人员进行金属材料基础知识专题培训，技术中心、车间技术员120余人参加培训。

On 24^th April, Wang fan, deputy director of the hot process department, hold the metal materials training for the company's technical personnel. More than 120 technicians attended the training.

培训会上，王帆以如何区别钢的类型、金属的组织与性能铸造结构设计、金属学基础定义及日常运用为主题，系统的对相图与核心概念、普及性材料基础知识、材料知识的分析应用、材料设计方法四个方面的内容进行详细讲解，并结合实际以图文并茂的方式，分享了如何铸造金属的改进方法，从源头上降低生产成本。

The training subject is how to identify the steel type, and the microstructure and properties of metal casting, metallography basic definition and daily use. Mr. Wang gave a detailed explanation in these four aspects: phase diagram and core concepts of the system, the universal material basic knowledge, analysis and application of material knowledge and material design method, shared the improve method for metal casting to reduce the production cost from the source.(HZF)
