市场部讯，继2020年持续获取印尼钢铁、矿业多台离心泵和隔膜泵泵组订单后，重泵公司近日喜签印尼化工客户硝酸硝铵项加药装置供货合同，海外市场再添新单。

Following consecutive orders for centrifugal pumps and reciprocating diaphragm pumps in area of steel and mineral from Indonesia in 2020, CQPI recently signed a new contract of chemical dosing unit for a chemical client in Indonesia, with new contribution for its further overseas development in the year.

本项目为国内某知名化工央企总包，在印尼配套新建硝酸硝铵产线，满足区域市场需求。重庆水泵海外和片区销售两个部门齐心协力跨域合作，最终历经多轮竞标甄选胜出，通过国内EPC客户为项目提供多套化学加药装置。

This project is achieved via a known chemical EPC contractor of China, for a new construction of ammonium nitrate to meet regional market demand in Indonesia. With joint efforts and cooperation between its sales from overseas and domestic regional sales, CQPI won the bid through rounds of competition, with targeted supply of sets of chemical dosing unit for the project in the end.

成套加药装置是将计量泵、溶液箱、管路阀门及控制系统集成在同一底座平台上的机电仪一体化成套设备。该装置根据化学加药工艺设计要求，实现化学药品溶液的精确配制和计量投加，广泛应用于电厂、石油、化工、核电、给排水及环保等领域。重泵公司自上世纪八十年代初在国内率先研制开发成套加药装置，在为用户提供泵系统设计、成套供货以及系统服务全面解决方案和“交钥匙工程”方面一直走在行业前列。

The dosing device is a complete set of electromechanical instrument integrated equipment, which includes metering pump, solution tank, pipeline valve and control system on a common base. Based on design requirements of chemical dosing process, the device realizes the function of accurate preparation and metering dosing of chemical solution, which is widely used in power plant, petroleum, chemical industries, civil nuclear power, water supply and drainage, environmental protection and other fields. Since early 1980s, CQPI has taken a lead in the research and development of chemical dosing device in China, and has been in a forefront role of the industry in providing clients with system solutions for pump design, system supply and comprehensive service as well as "turnkey project".
