VGO Hydrocracking Feed Pump Startup 

On 12^th June, 2020, Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Anyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. awards an honor “Exquisite Technology and Considerate Service" to service engineer of CQPI, marking the successful commissioning and startup of SDT70-300 VGO hydrocracking feed pump manufactured by CQPI. It helps to restart suspended bed hydrocracking unit (one million tons / year) which has been shutdown for a long time. It also shows the CQPI’s ability of R & D，production and service for high temperature, high pressure and high speed pump.

2020年6月12日，陕西延长石油安源化工有限公司将一面印有“技术精湛、服务周到”的锦旗送到重泵公司客户服务人员手中，标志着重泵公司生产的SDT70-300型VGO加氢裂化进料泵一次性试车投产成功，让长期待泵的100万吨/年悬浮床加氢裂化装置得以全面复产，同时也彰显出重泵公司对高温、高压、高转速泵的研发生产服务能力。

The parameters of pump are rated flow  65m3 / h, rated head 2985m, rated speed 6000 rpm,  and medium is 210 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ VGO including 5% WT metal catalyst particles. The pump adopts radial split double casing bucket structure (BB5 type).Its core package components adopt axial split structure (BB3 type) with ten stage impellers arranged symmetrically. The mechanical seal adopts plan32 + 54 for sealing and flushing. The pump unit is equipped with gear box and independent lubricating oil system and mechanical seal flushing circulating oil system.

SDT70-300型加氢裂化进料泵组的额定流量65m³/h、额定扬程2985m、额定转速6000转/分钟，介质为210℃~260℃~350℃的VGO并含有5%WT金属催化剂颗粒，泵总体采用径向剖分的双壳体桶袋型结构（BB5型），其芯包部件采用10级叶轮全对称布置的轴向部分结构（BB3型），泵的机械密封冲洗采用PLAN32+54方案，泵组带增速机、配有独立的润滑油系统和机封冲洗循环油系统。
