Special Focus on VGO Pump 2- Excellent Performance Index

On June 12, 2020, VGO Hydrocracking Feed Pump (SDT70-300) produced by CQPI was put into operation successfully. After running for 168 hours, the pump succeeded in withstanding high temperature, high pressure and rich catalyst hard particles liquid, meanwhile its flow, head, efficiency, temperature rise, vibration and other parameters behaved adequately well.

2020年6月12日，重泵公司生产的SDT70-300型VGO加氢裂化进料泵一次性试车投产成功，经过168小时运行考核，泵不但经受了高温、高压及富含催化剂硬颗粒的使用介质的考验，而且流量、扬程、效率、温升、振动等各项参数指标都很优秀。其中振动指标，根据JB/T8097-1999《泵的振动测量及评价方法》标准，达到了评价A级的最高标准，振动指标优异是泵组长周期可靠运行的根本保障。

Parameters of pump are rated flow 65m3 / h, rated head 2,985m, rated speed 6,000 rpm,  and medium is VGO  in temperature of 210 ℃ ~ 260 ℃ ~ 350 ℃including 5% WT metal catalyst particles. The pump adopts radial split double casing barrel structure (BB5). Its core package adopts axial split structure (BB3) with 10-stage impellers arranged symmetrically. The mechanical seal applies plan32 + 54 for sealing and flushing. The pump unit is equipped with gear box and independent lubricating oil system as well as mechanical seal flushing circulating oil system.

SDT70-300型加氢裂化进料泵组的额定流量65m³/h、额定扬程2985m、额定转速6000转/分钟，介质为210℃~260℃~350℃的VGO并含有5%WT金属催化剂颗粒，泵总体采用径向剖分的双壳体桶袋型结构（BB5型），其芯包部件采用10级叶轮全对称布置的轴向部分结构（BB3型），泵的机械密封冲洗采用PLAN32+54方案，泵组带增速机、配有独立的润滑油系统和机封冲洗循环油系统。
